Just a short note to say, "many thanks!" for how well my 6.555 kW solar system installation has been handled. The workmanship and attitude of the installers was great. Those parts of the job at ground level that I can see, have been very neatly done. Also, I had anticipated that there might be a fair disruption to our daily home routine with a guy needing to crawl through the ceiling etc but there was none. The electrician, Ben, accessed the ceiling space from above (possible because we don’t have roof sarking) and so we did not even have the guys coming inside the house to access the ceiling manhole. I did not know that he had done that until he presented me with a pair of glasses that I had left up there on one of my past sojourns into the ceiling to install a TV antenna. :) The guys even brought their own rubbish bin and not a scrap of rubbish was left behind when they departed. Very professional tradies! They worked very solidly for the six hours that they were here. I will be very pleased when my system is registered so that I can see the data on performance on MyEnlighten but even without that, it has been a bit of fun, this morning, as clouds have come and gone, to watch the meter disk spin back and forward according to whether the sun is out or not. My hot water system which has been set to switch on at 9 am gobbles 3.6 kW and so that is why we still draw some power from the grid when the sun is hiding but otherwise our power consumption from the grid is negative. Many thanks for an awesome end to end customer experience from the moment that I first stepped into your store.
